Hello to all!
Per the forum rules for first posts, just a little about me; 38yr old male. I've been an active participant in weight lifting/bodybuilding/bodybuilding culture for well over 20 years. Natural the entire time. Devoted countless hrs to lifting, dialing in the diet, making stupid mistakes, getting hurt, healing, learning from those mistakes, going back for more, reading, researching, talking to others (who by obvious physical appearance) seemed to know what they were doing, all in my efforts to maximize basic lifting techniques, diet, supplementation etc. But, after years of fighting the good fight, I figure I've paid my dues...in spades. I've been lurking here for quite some time. Every possible question I could think of I've been able to find answered here by obviously very knowledgeable members who are first and foremost interested in folks NOT doing something stupid to hurt themselves. I appreciate that more than anything else.
That being said, I'm here accumulating a knowledge arsenal for my first "go-around." A huge thank you to all members here who've been so critical to my plans thus far. You've save me a lot of time and potential heartache, not to mention alleviated some unwarranted fears and concerns. Not to mention some side stitches from laughing so hard! Lunk1, I'm talking to YOU!! LOL!
Thank you to Mods and Admins for having me!! Look forward to getting to know as many of you as I can and hopefully to become a knowledgeable and contributing member as I continue to learn. Feel free to contact me at any time.
