    new kid with questions

    hey i have been training hard all my life with mma for most of my life, im used to hardcore workouts but i need to get bigger i was "skinny" all my life im cut but i need to get bigger what would be ideal "supplement" to start with .....i have been reading for months abiut steroids and use but its always good to ask and see what ppl use and what is there opinion

    Your still a little young to run a cycle. Your natural test is still high enough to make great gains. Wait till you're 25.

    In the mean time, head over to the nutrition and training sections. Get those in order and train hard. Read everything on this site you can find and you'll have all the knowledge you need to start, when you're ready.

    Welcome, I would start with food, good diet and quality workouts

    diet/workouts is not an issue being a fighter you dont have to be big i have many friends that are huge im not trying to be as big but gaining about 20lbs in muscles would help

    Diet and training are huge, no matter what the goal. If diet and training are not in place, no gains can be maintained.

    Plus AAS use too young can lead to serious consequences down the line.
