Hey, iam 5ft.10in. 163lbs and probly 16% body fat, I live in Denver colorado. I've always kept my self in shape. Iam 31 years old, and about eight months ago I had a car pull out in front of me while I was exceeded the speed limit on my motorcycle, long story short, I was bedriddin for six months, and fed by straw. Before this happened I busted my but, to maintain 200-205lbs and 8-11% of bodyfat. But now I've shriveled down to this pathetic little body. Iam back on point now with a solid diet, and iam back in the gym, but I don't wanna spend the next two years gettin what I lost back. So I was told to become a member here, got a lot of education to do, but think some cycles would help me get back what I lost and maybe then some! Got a lot of questions so I hope I came to the right place! Thanks
