I have been conducting a lot of research on the site/forum since I started my program and wanted to introduce myself with the appropriate bio so I can post questions to the group.

Turn 40 next month
Former HS athlete who played at high levels in college. Workout for health and wellness now. Best ever gym results were 220 lbs 7% bf (all natural). Today I lift high reps low weight and run 3 mi regularly just to stay in shape.
5 major surgeries and those relevant to workouts are torn acl/cartilege (knee) and fasciomity (blood clot formed after torn calf muscle from running). I also have arthritis in several joints now with some tendinitis as well. I have nerve damage in my right foot/leg from surgery and hoping to regain more feeling.
Diet is high protein/low carb with regular vitamin intake (fish oil, calcium, D, and B12). I drink a ton of water and don't eat junk to keep it simple.
I found out my Testosterone level was a shockingly low (354) 2 weeks ago and after a LOT of work got put on a program.
