been learning and so into reading about work outs and nutrition first post on here i have only been working out and eating right for a year but once i got a taste of it i haven't turned back. i love the feeling after and during working out. The benifits are even better i havelost 35 lbs and have muscles popping out of places i never had b4. i was always in good shape when i was younger football, wrestling ,and surfing then i found the party life had alot of fun but at 30 started gettin fat. When i hit 250 at 5ft 11 and 3/4 that was it for me!!! sick of getting out of breath tying my shoes. My whole body changed for the good only bad thing was i hade to replace my whole wardrobe. I am here to educate myself i feel like i can never know enough learn new things about the lifestyle every day!! i love it
