Experienced Athlete looking for an edge

Wanted to introduce myself first my nickname is squat

Looking into cycling for the first time. very experienced with nutrition and weight lifting, have a gym in my house... just looking for input for my first cycle.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Goals: Current weight is 245 and I would love to be at 205, thats along shot I know, but I am willing to put in the time obviously, I just need results.

    Thanks all!

What are your stats? Age, height, weight and bf%?
If you're looking to drop 40lbs, I'm assuming your bf% is a little on the high side. Before beginning a cycle, you want to make sure you bf is below 15%. Higher bf% increases risk of sides.

Something I did not know. Thanks. Age: 25 Height: 6'2 was at 15% in 2010 20%in 2011 post surgery. Probably around an honest 25% now. Been back to training since I have my own gym in my house, eliptical and dumbells from 10-70. I have the essentials. I have absolute trunks for legs.... so 40 is lofty and I would lose mass in my legs, I was real big on squats and deadlifts in college and high school... 220 is more reasonable goal.

I would say start out in the nutrition section. It won't take long to get the bf% down with diet in check. The guys in there will get the lbs and bf% dropping in no time.

Perhaps try something like an ECA stack to help lower the bf%.
In the meantime, look into AI, HCG and PCT. these will be very important when you're ready to start a cycle.

Yes get your bodyfat percentage to at least 12 to 14% before starting your cycle
