Im Dan, Im from LA. 28 yo 220 LB. 5.8. My father had me lift the weights since i was a lil kid. I started working out around of age 6-7. I went to Boxing gym and Tae Kwon Do for some time when i was a teenager. I was always bulky kid and had no problem to get pretty bulky in the short time. I was on and of the gym in my 20 and came back to the gym last month after 2-3 years of break. I did loose all my mussels and gain weight. I used to be around 180 now Im 220 so i gained about 40lbs just in few short years. My problem was that I could never get a 6 pack and my abs would never show. So i decided I could use some steroids help. Please give me some advises.
1. What are the good quality steroids for beginners? Should I start with 8 weeks cycle and then rest for another 8? whats the good cycle for the beginners.
2. Should I eliminate alcohol from my diet?
3. I already eliminated carbs out of my diet and cut down on fat that comes with the meat. Should I eat more baked and steamed food? Whats is the good diet for my age and weight?
4. On my father side he is hypertonic. His father died in late 60's due to his heart failure. Although, he didn't drink and worked out till he passed away. And my father had 2 heart attacks in his 40's. My mother side seems fine. All her brothers and Father are not bold and have no heart issues. Should I stay away from some type of steroids?
5. I am White/Asian so my penis is average. My testicles are big size. Will my penis get smaller? I don't really care about my balls if they shrink a bit. Will the steroids affect my stamina?
6. When I was 13 I had hepatitis C, which is very common where i grew up. Are there any type of steroids that will fail my liver?
