    Hi guys
    Pretty new to this but need to know I've been sick in bed 4 past to days ment to jab sus tomorrow I'm half way threw still bit sick massive head ack still what's the best thing to do wait until I'm 100% or!!!!???

    While working out when sick can help sweat out the virus if I have a head ache I can't lift it hurts to bad when I strain the pressure that builds from pushing myself

    Although sust has prop in it most of the steroid is long ester so anything you pen now will be in your system long after your sickness is gone.

    Hey guys yea I'm asking if I should jab 2moro even tho I'm not 100% I've got to go to doctors 2moro it's been 48hrs an sill got this bloody gastro I've never had this b4!!!!
    I dnt no if I would train 2moro is well but energy levels r pretty down!!!!

    Yes take your shots regularly. I would not change my cycle plans for a sickness that will only last a few weeks.

    i would continue and monitor closely. often these types of virus will correct themselves usually in a matter of days not wks. pin as usual and monitor.

    Hey guy, you are not on a character limit...how about abandoning the text type and fill it out all the way. Alot of people are like me...when they see text type, they just move on, makes you look like a 13 year old girl.

    You dont say where you are on cycle if its your 2nd pin I would just can the cycle and wait till your 100%. Why waste the gear.
