Hi, my names Mike I'm new to the site just saying hello. A little bit about me, I'm 19 and a former football star at my old highschool, I was looking to go play for my university until I broke my back cliff jumping (skiing), got hit by a car and blew my knee then broke my foot at work! So I became a lazy couch potato and stopped any kind of gym / diet regiment. Over the last year I've done "just gym" no diet or anything just looking to get strength gains. So I am now 6'1 and 230 pounds at 18-20% bf. I am looking to do a cycle to get me to that upper level performance and maintain it off any form clean (partially retain strength agility etc) and make my university football next September. I also have HBP and will be getting medication for it (no doubt because of my awful diet / started cleaning it up recently). I'm also paranoid of "b*tch tits" so if anyone could recommend any safe cycles that would be awesome. I've looked at so many but have no idea which to take, I'm looking to be about 235 at 10% in 11 months, money is a bit tight but have about 1k to spend.
