    Hello

    Hello my name is Jeff and I've been looking around for a while trying to find some answers. I've read until I was blue in the face and I might be more confused now then when I first started. Well anyway I'm 38 years old 6 foot tall and 215 pounds right now. I started at 310 pounds about 2 years ago. I just started to eat healthy and workout because I was sick and tired of not being able to do a lot. I have a ways to go in my mind and I'm looking for that little extra to get the job done. I hope that was a good enough intro. lol
