Hello everyone. Im very new to this so I hope I can learn alot from you guys. I know this is a little much for just an introduction, but bare with me lol![]()
INFO on me
Some really quick info on me, I'm 21 years of age and have trained for maybe a total of 8 months. Back in my senior year of high school (2009), I took "weight training" class for about 4 months and gained a little size because I wanted to join the military. I had no idea what I was doing but saw these little gains so I got excited. Once college came I just took classes and the weight lifting thing disappeared. Now fast forward to 2012, I was sick of myself for not continuing lifting weights for those 3 years. I started back up about 4 months ago and now I am on some supplements (preworkout/weight gainer/creatine).
My goals
I really hope to learn and gain knowledge from this. My biggest goal is to get my weight up and size while having overall good proportions to every muscle. I'm aiming towards more of the Fitness body but still on the larger side.
