That age-old: "First Cycle" Question (sorry) and whether it will help my cut

Hey all. i am about to start my first cycle (and all the people start sighing......now *lol*). Ah well, not to beat around the bush too much. it is going to be a test e only cycle ran at 250 mg/week for 10 weeks. i will be using HCG (at 500 IUs a week for the 10 weeks) and arimidex with the cycle. For PCT will be using nolvadex for 2 weeks. Now for the nitty gritty - the stats:

Age: 18 (yes, too young blooded for this game - hence the low dosage [and i wont run again until i'm done with med-school *i think*])
Height: 1.8 m (maybe i am being too optimistic, lets say 1.78 m to be safe)
    Weight: 95 kg (209 pounds)
bodyfat: 20% (the stats that i got done say that only 73 kg [160 pounds] of me is NO FAT)

my lifting plan is quite legit. it is mainly a matter of strength in the hypertrophy range of reps (6 - 8 reps). the split looks as follows:

    Monday: chest and biceps
    Wednesday: Back and triceps
    Thursday: Legs and shoulders
Friday: deadlifts and hamstrings (and all those other little parts like calves and abs)

my lifts (not sure whether it is relevant or anything) - but like i am not that strong for my weight (at least that's how it seems)

Squats: 250 kg raw (551 pounds) for 6 clean ass-low reps (the remaining to 2 reps *to make up 8* are partial squats)
DB-Chest Press: 55 kg (121 pounds) per hand for 8 reps (not a bench fan due to the love of my shoulders)
Deadlifts: 180 kg raw (396 pounds - total weight) for 6 reps
Leg Press (pssh, dont know whether it is even regarded) - 460 kg raw *no knee straps required* (1014 pounds) for 8 - 10 reps

*hmmm, i guess that's all for the lifts* - i make sure i maintain proper form and make sure my reps and nice and slow-ish (not weezy-slow or anything though haha)

Been gyming since 16 (started off as a weak ass mofo), then worked my way up the iron rack.

The Goal of This Cycle: well i want to cut and i was wondering whether the reasonable dosing of test e will help me MAINTAIN size (it is okay if some strength is lost..it's expected, what with the whole nervous system suppression nonsense - ah well). will be pinning once a week (one of the seniors will be doing that for me in the glutes). the HCG will be there for the testicle output. the arimidex for any estrogen (ran at about 0.25 ED). and well, PCT i will use a tapering method for two weeks. and there it is.

I just want to find out whether the test will help me maintain lean body mass while i cut for ten weeks with a ketogenic (sorta leaning towards a high calorie *relatively speaking* PSMF) diet. it would be some sort of cyclic keto diet with two days of PSMF between (at about 1200 calories - I feel the rabbit starvation already *lol*)

    It will look as follows:

    Monday - Wednesday = happy-go-lucky strict keto
Thursday = balls to the wall PSMF
    Friday = keto again
Saturday = less ballsy PSMF ("oh no!! SHUTDOWN!! OH THE HUMANITY!!" haha)
Sunday = ovary-acting pregnant woman-esque carb-load (within reason ofcourse *as in clean carbs devoured in a squint-for-protection manner") - although this will only be every second week

I have reasonable goals: i want to reach maybe 12 - 15% with this diet (if less, then lay it OFF me!!!! *no complains*)

enough word-crapping (before i don't stop lol). Main Question: will the Test E help me maintain lean body mass?

Sorry for the long post (verbal laxatives - can't help it), and for being a clown. Thank you to all the answers i will get

Welcome...Your diet and training will dictate your fat loss success. Those are some pretty impressive numbers you got there. I had to lift for quite sometime to get some of those numbers. I'd hate to see you start running AAS and have adverse reaction to it. It can lead to lifelong issues that might require you be on HRT for the rest of your life at a very young age. Have any of those Seniors advised you of this?

And your tapering for PCT=No PCT at all and that's not good. I'm going to attach a link that a HOF Staff Member posted a while back and urge you to read it. Also look into other threads about using at your age.

    Good Luck

Thank you very much for the info. I guess the reason why i wanted to cycle was just coz of the juice users in my gym. They're all big and cut lifting quite light with terrible form. And they do the most useless exercises ever *from a Natural's point of view*. Their diet are quite crap too: i see some of them in the cafeteria scarffing down pizza, pies and chelsea buns with no remorse yet they maintain such low body fat percentages *it's so....sad i guess*. Ah well, i am going to cut hard. Keep the protein and 200 or so grams. And see what i can get done. Thank u for everything

Get as much done naturally for a few years. You seem to know what proper form is as well as nutrition.Try cutting slowly using a caloric defecit and train hard and you can lose a couple of pounds a week while maintaing your lean body mass.Once you've cut to your personal goal then start bulking trying to stay lean and see how far you get naturally before even considering AS at your age. You're natural testosterone level should be peaking around your age and you should make some solid gains naturally, don't let peer group pressure get to you, especially from people who are juicing that you can see aren't training properly accompanied with bad diets. Those people with poor form and unhealthy diets etc will most likely lose what they've gained eventually.
