Need some advice
Male, 25, 6'1", 200lbs.
I would like to get started with a recommended T booster.
I feel that my diet is in check, plenty of eggs and clean meat, veggies, fruits, quality carbs everyday.
I work out at home, with standard free weights. I have competed in natural bodybuilding, and have been training on and off for 6 years. I have been on my current regimen for 1 year.
I'm not sure what to get started with, but I feel I have reached a dead spot in training and could benefit from some quality mass.
I have had mild gyno ever since I was a young teen and would love for that to not get any more serious.
Any help for me?
