    Tons of Questions

    Just started a cycle. Not a Pro or anything at this. Have been getting contradicting advise. Figured this would be the placer to get sound advice.

    Male - 39

    weight - 210

    bodyfat - 18%

    Goal_ Lose FAT, gain lean muscle.

    cycle - test E - 200mg weekly
    Test P200 - 200mg EOD

    Was told that I should use one or the other as one is for Building with Alot of water retention while P was for cutting. Was also told to use P with Win for the affect I was going for. With a High Body Fat percentage I am looking at Clen and T3.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Welcome to the community, bodygaurd!

    E and C are practically the same esther. Doesnt matter which one you use.

    As for losing the fat, this has everything to do with diet and nothing to do with gear. Visit the nutrition section to have your diet evaluated by the pros.

    Thanks, though its E and P... I understand the importance of nutrition and of course Not taking in enough calories is my biggest issue. I will check out the nitrtion section as you suggested. Thanks

    OOPS! lol, read it wrong...

    200mg prop EOD is on the very high end and. Either one is fine, some people combine or jump start with prop until the short ester kicks in. But just choose one for simplicity. Prop is ran for 8 weeks typically where E is ran for 12.

    Welcome. From what i understand you should only need to run one form of test, preferably e. ( less pinning) 250 2x wk ( no more) run with clen or var both wonderfull for fat shredding
