    Smile Hi guys!

    Hey guys.

    I'm 1.78m tall and 18 years of age and weigh 61KG. Very low body fat and been lifting since I was 17 about 6 months ago. Looking forward to get some good advice here!
    reason being in metric system as I'm from Cape Town in South Africa.

    That depends on the question. At 18 hopefully your questions are about nutrition and training!

    Well yes actually I'd like to ask about Jack3d and what other things I should stack with it. I also want to start a testosterone booster to see what side effects I could possibly get when using steroids later on in life.

    Well, I've never "stacked" Jack3d per se but it is one of my favorite PWOs. I usually take taurine, arginine, l-glitamine, and creatine supplements on training days and a multivitamin, krill oil, ubiquinol, probiotics, NAC, zinc, magnesium, Vit A, flax seed, and astaxanthin every day for general health.

    What test booster did you have in mind?

    I had a look at the local supplement shop and they have T-up black and DPOL. I think the correct supplement I want to use its test e. I researched it and its used as a base for cycles and also to see how your body reacts and that type of stuff. Sorry I'm just getting into this. I have been researching the whole night on what to use and what to eat. There is a lot of local's who try to give me advice and they are big but pure fat. So I ain't listening to them. I'd rather get expert opinions such as yourselves

    I also saw your comment about nutrition. Be sure to talk to our resident experts in the nutrition section. Those guys can really help you design a nutrition plan to build and support lean muscle gains.

    Right now I'm very lean and ripped. I just want to add some size to it and weigh about 80kg. I've notice one guy at gym or should I say kid who was naturally a bit big. But in the past month he turned into muscle. 110Kg 16year old! I know he has been using something or the other. If someone wants pictures I'll remove his face and post them.

    Hi jayalexinf... You should start at the nutrition section, get that right and you'll be amazed at what you can achieve at 18... (when i was 18, i used to think that nutrition is so complicated like a "black art"... no sites to refer to etc... Had to brave it and go on trial and error.. lol) I strongly discourage u taking any AAS... you're 18 bro; you have a long, long way to exhaust your natural capacity.... do more research, gather the knowledge, make informed decisions... welcome to the site..

    I've done a lot of research. This site experience has been very educational! I'll be posting my first cycle at a later stage when I'm ready. For now I'm just using some mass builder and a Preworkout with a post.

    Will add pic's aswell with start/mid/end results or even weekly updates on my progression. I'm looking for the nice build look not bulky with definition.
