Well lets see, I have been lurking over this board for awhile to get a feel for it before signing up. I was real impressed with some of the advice/help I saw.
well some info on me Im not 100% on my

6 foot
28yrs old
225 pds
rough 2500cals(1 cheat meal a week)a day
weight train 1hr X5 a week (chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs)
Ive done a couple cycles in the past (3-4yrs ago) of deca/test. the last being a weird situation while I was deployed in Iraq and had dropped, due to work schedule, down to 175.
so did a 6 week and popped back up and held 200pds. I broke every rule due to the schedule we were running so no sleep. shit food schedule etc. oh and of course no PCT.
No idea what I was doing. well stayed like that for awhile and got back to being a civilian and didnt take as good a care of myself and a shoulder injury from said deployment acted up pretty bad. I stopped working out and dieting.
So fast foward a few years and I go from 205 to 225, get freaked out when I hit 25%ish BF... run back to gym and diet. Run this for a while and start getting down and a buddy of mine hands me some winni saying this should help me cut down (1cc every 3rd day), well that didnt do what I expected, I put on size and held same waist size. I droped my deductive reasoning (muscle bigger, weight the same, must lost fat (right??)) and thats where I sit today. Either way I got some weird reactions, (roid rage myth) like deca makes me want to kill people. So Im pretty smart for a grunt and got some educatation these days, as well as run a couple companies, including a non profit. Im at a loss at where to go from here, Im looking at posting with novadex. but wih 33mg a day of winni is pretty low. (right????)
