I'm really happy to find this site. I'm a 52 year old male in fairly good shape. I've always stayed in pretty good shape, but I've never used any enhancements. I can now start to feel a decrease in my abilities and the way I feel. I recently did a mail-order testosterone saliva test that came back I was within normal ranges. Of course that means normal range for a 52 year old, but I don't want that. I want 30 year old levels, so I'm hoping I can get some feedback from some of you how best to do that. I'm on a push-up and sit-up regimen, building up to 100 consecutive pushups and sit-ups. I also ride a bike, and I'm getting a 100lb. punching bag for stress release and to get my good aggression back.
