    Hello from SoCal...good gains on my 4th wk of 1st cycle

    Hello, I'm 35, 5'8", 180lbs, with very clean diet & dedicated gym rat for the past 10yrs. I never considered using AAS until several months ago when lenghty work hours, coupled with poor sleep and stress brought me to a slump where I could no longer motivate myself to workout and, simply put, got depressed. Not to mention my libido dipped significantly. I found online one of those age rejuvination (hormone replacement therapy) docs and he ordered blood work. Lo and behold, I was on the very low-end of the test range for my age group.
    We began 200mg test cyp on the first week, and then 400mg 2nd, 3rd, and 4th week. I feel my old self again, with libido through the roof and I've already put on several pounds. My diet is still very clean, but I began feeling slight tenderness on my left nipple. I have been spending countless hours browsing threads about gyno, but I can't figure out if my tenderness is due simply to chaffing or it's the budding stages of gyno. At any rate, I mentioned that to the doc and he said to come in and he'll put me on estrogen blockers. He also said, he'll drop the dose to 200mg/wk. I'm bummed about that, but since he is prescribing and administering I don't have much say in the process.
    WOW, how about that for an intro lol....I love the site, it's very educational. In fact, I feel I know more about AAS than the doc. haha

    Welcome man, I'm new myself.. as you can see. That WAS an intense intro but I'm experiencing the same regarding Gyno that you seem to be experiencing. I'm going to be running Letro from Ar-r in a week and see how that goes. Best of luck to you as well man!

    Welcome come over to the HRT forum and put up your blood work and protocol we can provide some feedback. 400mg a week is a cycle dose. Needs adjustment....
