Hello from SoCal...good gains on my 4th wk of 1st cycle
Hello, I'm 35, 5'8", 180lbs, with very clean diet & dedicated gym rat for the past 10yrs. I never considered using AAS until several months ago when lenghty work hours, coupled with poor sleep and stress brought me to a slump where I could no longer motivate myself to workout and, simply put, got depressed. Not to mention my libido dipped significantly. I found online one of those age rejuvination (hormone replacement therapy) docs and he ordered blood work. Lo and behold, I was on the very low-end of the test range for my age group.
We began 200mg test cyp on the first week, and then 400mg 2nd, 3rd, and 4th week. I feel my old self again, with libido through the roof and I've already put on several pounds. My diet is still very clean, but I began feeling slight tenderness on my left nipple. I have been spending countless hours browsing threads about gyno, but I can't figure out if my tenderness is due simply to chaffing or it's the budding stages of gyno. At any rate, I mentioned that to the doc and he said to come in and he'll put me on estrogen blockers. He also said, he'll drop the dose to 200mg/wk. I'm bummed about that, but since he is prescribing and administering I don't have much say in the process.
WOW, how about that for an intro lol....I love the site, it's very educational. In fact, I feel I know more about AAS than the doc. haha
