    Your avi is fine. If by BFI you are referring to bodyfat, then yes, I would say its a tad high

    Welcome.

    Yes your BF is too high to use AAS safely and with minimal sides, imho. I would be looking to reduce it to around 15%.

    Hit up the Nutrition Section for some advice and to dial in your diet. Then over to the Exercise Section to formulate a workout routine that is tailored to your level of fitness.

    Welcome, I would have to guess your BF% is somewhere around 22-24%, but that is only by a picture. Get your BF% taken so you can add that to your stats, and you'll be able to get more help to get where you want to be

    I can't tell your bf from that pic, its to small and your covering your waist, but by no means are you to fat for AAS IMO.
