I am a 43 year old male 5' 11" and 215 lb I was a wrestler in my early days and competed at a very high level. The past 10 to 15 years have been spent raising a family and building a bussiness. Its now time for me to get back to the glory days when i was yoked and totally into my fitness. I have changed my diet and workout routine and think I can get myself back to maybe my mid 20's shape. So many things have changed when it comes to fitness and body building that I need alot of help. I look forward to reading, learning and asking alot of questions from other memebers. I want to thank all the members for all of the expertise and time they have put into helping newbies like me.
