    Hi guys how's it going?

    this is my third cycle il be doing, first time doing deca and test e, was wondering, what dosage should I be taking throughout. I'm looking to go for 12 weeks.
    The stuff is by Gen Pharma and its deca 200 and test 250.
    Also, I got gyno in my last tren and prop cycle, used arimidex soon as I started getting it, took .5 EOD. i still have a bit of gyno now 6 months after that cycle, how should I implement arimidex through the duration of this cycle I'm about to do?

    i have Clomid and nolvadex for PCT.
