Hey im 22, 6'1, 200lbs with around 10% bf, been lifting for around 5 years. Right now im just reading up and doing research but would like to in the near future start a 10wk cycle of sust250 2x a wk. Reading up on PCT 's has been killing me because i keep hearing so many different things. Right now im looking into Nolvadex , Clomid , Arimidex and HCG . Some people say just take Nolvadex after cycle, others say take nolvadex and arimidex through and after cycle adding clomid after and have HCG on hand. I'd like to be safe as possible and avoid side effects and other problems. Can anyone help me out what to run when and dosages?
