    new guy needs direction

alright, he's my deal. Im 20 years old 5'10 and about 120-125 lbs. Back in high school I didn't play any sports mainly because I'd get bored with them so I mainly do fishing tournaments and hunt. Back when I was 18 my older cousin sold me a cycle of test. I gained about 20 lbs and it really showed then went on a 10 day long backpacking trip and lost 14 lbs during that time and never got back into working out after because my workout partner had to go back to two a days for football. I like working out but kinda the same with sports i'll get bored if I don't see results pretty fast. I'm not looking to get huge but want to put on more muscle and weight. What would be something good for me to try that might stay with me longer than test? BTW I've also tracked how many calories on average I take in per day for the past month and its about 3,000 a day. Would decca be a good option or should I try something else or stacking?

Your best options to begin with are diet and exercise. If you want gains that are going to last, you MUST be committed to a nutrition and training plan. You've already said that staying committed to something is a challenge for you and until that changes, steroids won't offer you any long term solutions. They aren't magic "beans" and any gains would be lost without the nutrition to support long term growth.

I would not recommend nandrolone deconate for several reasons. It can suppress your natural testosterone by 57-80% and keep your natural testosterone suppressed for as little as 2 or long as 6 months after finishing a deca cycle. This will negatively affect your sex drive! Deca is also much harder on your lipids (cholesterol) than testosterone enanthate/cypionate.

As Austinite pointed out, there is an abundance of information here. Don't just rely on someone you don't know to recommend a cycle. Understand that building sustainable muscle is a long term commitment. It's a marathon, not a sprint to the finish!

Bro stay away from all steroids. If you don't have the dedication to be in the gym you are wasting your money. Go buy quality food and find a workout program and hit that for 6 months without taking breaks then see where you are at. You can meet all your goals naturally you are 20 yo for crying out loud. You can gain 30-50 lbs. naturally just eating and working out. The key is to be consistent. If you get "bored" then maybe it's not for you.
