    Texan - 21 years old (advice needed!:)

    Hi Guys!

    I'm a 21 year old male and came to this site because I of several different conditions I have. I'm going to give a brief summary of where I am currently (<12months), then go into detail with all workout history below that. Recently, I was diagnosed as having low T. Being 21 years old this was a huge issue for me. Over the past year or so I could definitely see the signs. From fatigue, lack of concentration, no libido, somewhat ED (not at CRUNCH time fortunately), I have been plagued with a horrible lifestyle. All of my life I have had to eat my ass off in order to just get above 200 lbs. However, over the past 12-18 months I've gone from around 200 to a weigh-in of 240 just a second ago. My appetite has increased and I have no motivation whatsoever. I'm ashamed of myself, to say the least.

    SO, I went to the Doc on 10/4/12 and asked him for ALL labs including T. Everything came out (Mostly) normal, but T was 273 on a 290-1080 scale. I was told at 21, I should be at least around 800 at the MINIMUM. This freaked me out obviously and I made an appointment with an Endocrinologist immediately. The Endo started me 2 weeks ago on a T Cyp cycle at .75 every 2 weeks. After doing some research, I found that not only is that not enough, but it can end up even worse if some of that changed into Estro. I began consulting with physicians from a Kingsberg location and am about to start on a cycle that I can't post because of SPAM blockers. I will definitely post once I'm past 25 posts though.

    I am also going to be starting a Pept routine once I can save up enough to pay for it. Anyways, I started a low-carb diet on Monday and have eaten/drank maybe all of 30-50 carbs since then. Since I got 2 shots in me of the original .75, I worked out today for the first time in a LONG time (3 years) and biked 4.25 miles in 15 mins and ran .5 miles in 5 mins. Felt great and had energy to spare, but it unfortunately did not make a difference to the scale as I apparently GAINED a pound during the day.

    That was the brief summary . To continue I am going to give my entire history with working out and supplements to the best of my ability.

    December, 2005 - November, 2008: These were my 8th-11th grade years. Living in Texas, football is taken religiously. I worked out consistently on my own time with a great former NFL/Lombardi winner player. He taught me weight-lifting technique that brought my bench from 150lbs at the end of 8th grade to 345lbs at the end of 10th. Unfortunately, I was not able to get up into the 200lb range until my 11th grade year with the help of TONS of supplements. During this time the only supplements I took were legal. Whey Protein, Cyto-Gainer, Size-On, Muscle Milk, etc. Focused more on lifting then running because I played Linebacker and my weight fluctuated between 180-190. I had a shoulder injury in 11th grade (2008) and was shortly thereafter kicked off the team.

    November, 2008 - June, 2010: No working out. Got onto Depakote from 7/2009-8/2009 for anxiety and gained 30lbs in 3 weeks. Got back off it and lost it all within 2 weeks. Weight fluctuated between 170-180 because of the bad stuff I was consistently using.

    June, 2010 - July, 2010: Received a scholarship to a Jr. College's football team (Nat'l Championship caliber). Despite my lack of a sr. season they still believed in me. Worked out with them and got up to 190lbs before I was kicked out for fighting. This is during the time of my profile picture.

    August, 2010 - Present: Absolutely NO working out. I work in IT now and make great money sitting behind a desk and eating fatty food. Didn't start gaining wait until about January, 2011. As a result, I no-carbed and it didn't work. So I took 2 days' worth of T3, 4 days of Clen and stopped. Ordered a Peptide cycle from RUI and did about 3 weeks of that. Felt GREAT, didn't work out or take advantage of it. Ever since then I've been gaining MASSIVE amounts of fat though. Don't think the T3 had anything to do with it as when I got my labs I tested fine for T3/T4 free and total. Just have noticed all symptoms of low T over the past 12 months or so.


    SO- if you read this far, I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. Given the cycles I am about to take, and my history, I think that those with true experience who were gracious enough to spend the time to read and understand my situation, can give some great advice. And I'd LOVE to hear it!

    I myself was 20 when i took my first cycle - alot of people will advise you to not yet - just be careful/research and you make a devision on how you can better yourself, take care.
