Hello everyone, Any advice
Hey
I am 5' 10", 198lbs 20% bf, I have been lifting for about 10 years, dedicated for the last 3. My wife is a nga pro figure, i am competing in the spring so i have about 2 more months before i start cutting. I have those 2 months left to build i know it is not much time but it seems like i have not been making gains lately i have changed up my diet and training lots of different ways. Any suggestions on work outs or diets? right now i am eating 3400 cal 190 pro, 500 carb, and about 70 fat and that is a struggle. I would like to stay natural as long as posible but i am 30 and i dont know how much longer i have of good testosterone . any advice is helpfull
