So my experience with the gym so far has been amazing
I am 21, a 6'5 (196cm) tall guy, and started off quite skinny, at ~84 kilograms. This was roughly 2 years and a half ago. I started off at the gym, as anybody, getting used to the gym with slow gains. I read, read and read on bulking techniques, and managed to reach 128.5 kilos. Without the use of steroids.
I am now in the process of cutting, today i weighed in at 117.7 kilos, this is after 3 weeks of very clean eating. I wake up, have a shake, eat tuna or chicken, and have roughly 6 servings of protein dense food/shakes and at least 3 of these meals will be sided with salad/vegetables. Again, this is without the use of any dieting supplements, or clenbuterol.
I have been planning to go to Thailand to do a cycle, and understand i need to perfect my diet before going, so that i may maximize results as well as my health.
Before i go to Thailand in November next year, i plan to do some intense research and even find journal articles discussing steroids.
However, to give me some basis and starting points could you suggest some ideas, give me tips and help me understand steroids better.
