    Hey Guy's introducing myself

    I'm from ca. i'm 46 & 183 i've never been very muscular and was not worried about until within the last 5 months i gained weight before that i weighed 163 and all of a sudden BAM so i thought well i need to start exercizing more and i got insanity it's really good but 1st time made 1 week next time 1.5 weeks then i thought no matter what and lasted 3 weeks and never lost weight but i still felttired before and after don't feel like doing hardly anything well like the guy from Texas i thought about see a doc but i thought he would put me on a to low of a dose so i'm learning as much as possible don't want to get scammed or busted then i found this place to learn as much as i can i know i have low t don't need a doc for that. thanx guys

    Welcome. Certainly wouldn't hurt to have your BW done and see where your levels are at. TRT could be an option to start and many guys use TRT to cruise between cycles if that is the route you decide to follow.

    Personally I think it's wise to know where your hormone levels are at before you do anything.

    As always, nutrition plays an enormous part of success and failure in this sport.
