    Getting married in 6 months

    Came here for some help, hope this is the right place:

    32 year old male
    6'0
    270 pounds
    These numbers are not exact but pretty close.
    Neck 19"
    Chest 52"
    Arms 18"
    Waist 46"
    Thigh 26"
    Bf% not sure, but def 30 plus

    Goal: look good for wedding pictures, since the pics are the only thing that is left at the end of the day! And my poor wife has to look at them for the rest of her life!

    Now my backstory:
    I played football growing up (D line/MLB). I worked out then and was 215-225 around 20% bf then.
    Skipping forward 10 years and I haven't worked out in aprox. 5 years. At the end of January (weight was 265, flabby, out of shape, couldn't bend over to tie my show without getting a head rush)I started going to the gym every second day and hitting the weights hard. Being a naturally strong guy I enjoyed the powerlifting aspect of things so did research and worked out a ton, and eat a ton too. Went from 265 to 305 from January to end of may. This is when I purpossed. Then I realized I only had about a year to get in better shape. I consulted a friend who has somewhat been a guiding hand in all this. He suggested ECA stack and cardio, did that for a month then anavar for cycle. So from June till now. I am back to my original weight of 265 a lot more solid then I was with more muscle mass. That brings me to today. I am here to get help with deit plan, training support to cut down some more body fat and obviously gain more muscle where possible.

    So my next question is where should I go from here?
    My goals are to be under 20% bf

    Welcome friend. Head over to the nutrition section first, get you diet evaluated. AAS will not do anything at high BF. It will only cause amplified side effects.

    Diet and cardio is all you need. 6 months is plenty.
