    New Member, sice Saturday. Im 43 on TRT for a year and half

    I am on Test Cyp 200 mg a cc, prescribed my doctor. I take 1cc every week. I just started using HCG 250 IU 3x a week. I am 5'11" and 240lbs. I'm looking to lean up.. And suggestions?

    If you're looking to lean up a good way to start is by looking at your diet. Maybe have a read in our nutrition section and get and idea or you can post your current diet for us to critique.
