    Skinny need to get bigger

Hi I am a 19 year old college student and i am very very skinny. I weigh 168 and i am 6"3.
My main question is can i get bigger and how can i do it fast and expect the most significant gains.
I am trying to reach a goal of 200 by january February time period and i want to figure out how i can do this what products i can use and
also how to utilize the gym and the kitchen to my fullist ability.
If i can increase 5 to 10 pounds this month that would be a significant gain
because i would normally do that in a year.
If anyone can help i would greatly appreciate it.
    Thanks

Welcome young fella! I know it may sound lame but you have to eat and eat and eat to get bigger. Mcdonalds and the other slop houses are off limits! Only eat fresh foods and nothing processed! Tons of protein! I suggest for a 160 pounder, up to 30050 grams per day! Its not easy to do, but it WILL work! My buddie just dieted for weight gain and went from 181 to 208you only eating proteins and low cal diet and hes 6'2". Just a well rounded diet, at your age thats all you need is the diet. In my opinion. Good luck!

Marty pretty much said it eating right is the key to it all. and you have to stay dedicated to eating every 2 to 3 hours.

What i like to do is cook a huge pot of white rice and portion it out into about 8 gladeware containers. Then cook a skillet full of chicken with some cajum seasoning and put them in each container of rice. BBq sauce or Honey mustard go great with it. Now you have 8 meals you can just pop in the microwave! that way its not a hassle of cooking every 2 hours. you will pack on pounds if you stick with it!
