    Cool Newbie...

    Hey everybody, I am JboyV and i am new here to this forum board.
    This is my first time being in a Bodybuilding / Steroid Forum at all.
    I am a 40yr old computer nerd. I am tired of being in my house 24/7.
    So i have just started to train at a GYM here in Norway.
    And i have ADHD, and my thing is when i start something i usually do to much out of it.
    So i think it is smart to do a proper research, and thats why i am here.
    I need some guidelines. But iŽll take that in another thread.

    Welcome to the community jboyv. A great place to start is in the nutrition section. The best, long term gains and losses come from nutrition.
