27 year old male here on the West Coast. Been a lurker for a while, and now seriously considering gearing up.
I've always been skinny fat, and haven't been able to pack on significant muscle mass despite having an excess caloric diet and lifting heavy with compound barbell lifts. This is my 3rd year of training, and I've plateaued at low intermediate strength levels, which rollercoaster wildly week to week, despite excess rest/sleep, excess calories.
Used to be very anti-steroids, and I aspired to naturally achieve the physiques of people who I *thought* were natural (like Zyzz, boy was I naive).
