    Hi All

    I am a 31 year old male who is thinking about doing his first cycle. I am a personal trainer and have been lifting/exercising regularly for about 8 years. Despite making some solid gains over the years and being in fairly great shape I have never been able to add the kind of mass that i'd really like. I've stood by and watched a lot of bigger, dumber, guys get clients easier simply because of their physique. It has become quite frustrating. Hoping to find some answers to my questions on this site that will help me decide if I want to take the plunge into the world of AAS.

    Age: 31
    Height: 5' 11"
    Weight: 168 lbs
    BF: 10.3%
    Goal: add 10-12 lbs of lean mass
