Hi all, I found this site while looking on the net for ways to feel better, (bigger stronger faster)
I'm 48 y/o and I just started working out on a regular basis last year. I've lost a little over 60 lbs since then and made some gains lifting with my 2 boys that push me (thank goodness)
I have had a very bad back and nerve damage in my left leg for 15 years until 15 months ago when I started to work out. To make a long Hello short hehe I'm going for a blood test at the end of the month for testosterone total (Males) - (Q), lipid panel, TSH, microalbumin/cr, metab panel- compreh. Im not sure what any of that means really but I hope it helps.
I've been reading forums for a few months and not posting much so I figured Id say hi to everyone.
Best site and info for everything I want to know about. I hope to fit in here and maybe make some friends while learning about getting healthy.
