Hi all, im looking for advice on what would be a good 'first' cycle, i've been reading these forums for a few weeks now trying to pick up bits and pieces of knowledge. I first would like to know what a good beginner cycle would be, i'll post all my stats below. And just general advice would be much appreciated.
I've read for a first cycle that test-e and then PCT is great, to test the waters. (Please correct me if im wrong)
Age - 19 (Male)
Height - 178cm or 5.10
Arm Size - 13.9"
Time Lifting - 11 Months (Bulk)
BF - ~17% (Started at 13%, used calipers of course)
Weight - 69.5kg or 153lb
Also live in Australia.
