I just want to say hello. I'm 6'2 200lbs with 14% BF looking to get to about 215lbs with 8% BF. I've been training off and on since my teens and was heavily into sports especially basketball. I was dunking at 13 years old and onced peaked at a 45" vertical but, I'm an old man now. Still I'm proof that white men can jump! Anyway, I'm looking in getting more mass and strength gains. Haven't made much progress in the last couple of months. I hope to gain a lot of knowledge and information along with some friends.
