I am currently 5' 9 and weight 215. 32 Y/0 I suffer from PTSD so I have been fighting some serious mental issues and did not give 2 shits about my health. My PTSD has greatly improved and I am ready to improve myself and make my life much better.
As of a few days ago I would eat even when I was not hungry. I would eat when I was nervous. I would also consume at least 1 2 liter of Pepsi and sometimes up to 2 a day. never drank water unless it was all I had in the house for the moment.
I never exercised and my day included sitting on the couch most of the day playing games on a laptop. (all deleted)
What should my plan be to tackle this. My goal is to see my abs again (first since high school) I do not want to be huge just a nice looking body. It would be great to have a nice enough of a body to get rid of all of my belly and chest hair. lol
Any Help is appreciated as it may help me develop a even greater motivation.
