So i completed step 1 i realized there's a problem and decided its time to act on it!
Im so stoked i found this forum the people seem very friendly and helpful i didn't realize people who are natural used these forums aswell! I read a few thread and all people have to offer is help and motivation much more mature people on here than Bodybuilding.com!

not to flame a competitors bulletin board, but BB.com chased me off when a few senior members criticized me for saying no need to cycle creatine and then when i tried to explain why i felt the way i did, things got heated. So i left.
Glad you are here mate! Many, but not all here use AAS. We have a huge section on nutrition with a few gurus there that will be more than happy to fine tune your diet. Also an extensive exercise section where even more members can do the same with your routines. Then in "a few" years, you can come over to my section (over forty and the hrt sections).

Man i was just reading threads on BB.com trying to gain some knowledge and all i could see was people trolling and flaming each other and not to mention speaking like idiots! i believe they called it speaking like a "Miscer" it didn't take me long to realize the forum had very little to offer me glad i found this one though

Yeah, also making my way over to this forum after getting tired of the flaming / trolling on bb.com. I'm natty, maybe not forever, but have found this site to be very informative regardless - hence my transition to here!
