i got in a car accident and have just started back in the gym after a few years lay-off..definently lost most of my muscle mass and have a little extra around the waist that im not use to..im 45 and 6'2 about 210 right now so would like to get back to my old weight around 190-200 ripped..used all kinds of sups in my younger years but nothing in the last few so could use some direction in what is working best these days..i recieved a free sample any thing from the forum sponser and was wonmdering what might be a good start to get me on my way..have some clen already on route with t-3 and have always had unreal succsess with that combo..anything that might boost my testosterone or decrease my body fat would be a great help..need to get some quick results to re motiavte me.. thanx all
