    New to the forum starting first cycle today

    Hi guys. Starting first cycle today. 500 mg test e a week 12.5 mg aromasin Ed and 500iu hcg the day after every test pin. I have clomed and hcg pct. Really like these forums. A lot of great information.

    30 years old
    193 lbs
    Lifting all my life off and on but really solid for the past year.

    Sounds simple and solid. You might want to try 250iu the day before your pin for hCG, but for all I know your protocol is just as good.

    Make sure you eat enough.

    What is your height and body fat?

    5-9 and 17% body fat. I'm gonna try to be taking in between 3000-3500 calories a day. I'm a cook so I have all the clean food I can eat.

    Why the day before hcg. I didn't get my bac water so I won't be starting till week 2. I'm a newbie so all info is good.

    I have been injecting hCG the day before my TRT injections for two years and it works well. I also see it constantly recommended by others.

    Thanks I will definitely look into it. Yeah trying to keep everything as simple as possible at first. Looking to be a long time user so I want to do it right

    OP, as per Dr. Crisler. (his new protocols advises for two days before test inject, but i use the former protocol of one day before as this has provided the best results for me. therefore i advocate day before)

    The reason for hCG to be administered the day before is because this analog spikes twice - the second time it does coincides with your testosterone spike the following day after test is administered,. This would not be conducive to stable bloods as hCG raise your estrogen levels at the same time as your testosterone, which is 24 hours after injection.
