Im a recent graduate with a B.Sc. Exercise Science, and, since I understand that properly used, steroids carry side effects, though minimal and manageable.
I am looking into anavar (oxandrolone) as my first foray into anabolics.
I am 5'9, 170, and have been power lifting for a few years now, I have a modest total of ~1200. I do not compete, i do more powerbuilding as I need to look the part to get clients (sucks but whatever).
I was 135 lbs in high-school and have busted my ass and eaten gobs of food to make it this far. I've never been able to keep my BF low though without extreme bodybuilding type diets, so I've softened up a bit.
I got blood work done recently and am waiting for the results to see where I am at with everything.
Any and all input on using and getting safe oxandrolone (id rather have less side affects and less muscle growth than get massive and have issues, I work as a personal trainer and people will notice if I suddenly throw on 10 lbs of muscle out of nowhere) would be very much appreciated in PM or here.
edit: My goals arent to get much larger, Im looking for strength and a bit better body composition - I'd love to compete at 168 next year.
