Hey all,
i am new to this forum and looking forward to aquiring some great advice from you people.
I am 23 yrs old 5'9 and have been lifting heavily now for 2 years. When i started i gained about 170 and am now up to 190-191. However, i have been struggling for the past couple months getting past my plateau and its really frustrating the hell out of me!
I take supplements religiously from bodybuilding.com such as; hydrowhey, glyco, jackd, casein, fish oils, and bcaas
i'd like to think i have an excellent diet as well. I eat 5-6 meals a day high in protein, not too high on carbs but when i do its brown rice, whole grains stuff, etc.
The problem is i am fed up not reaching my full potential and have turned my thoughts over to the possibiliy of getting on a cycle. A friend of mine who uses recommended sustanon 250 and cypionate. I will take all recommendations and/or suggestions on what i should take to start out with and be specific please i don't know all of the abbrevs( see what i did there haha). Again, im not competing i just want to see greater improvements!
