    Hello From Sydney Australia

    Well here I am, after spending months reading all the posts here, I have decided to join in and share my goals with you all.

    I'm male, almost 39 years old, 173cm's tall, 80kgs.

    Been going to the Gym solid now for 6 weeks to trim up, spending 45 minutes performing Cardio and 40 minutes on weights.

    Lost a lot of fat, but haven't seen any gains in muscle.

    Diet consist of 3 x Thermo protein shakes a day, chicken breast and egg whites only.

    Looking to lose more fat over the next 3 weeks, then getting on some much needed help with supplements.

    Looking at HGH for starters for a minimum of 3 months at 5iu's a day, yes very expensive and hard to find in Sydney, but I wont give up. Once I complete the 3 months on HGH, im planning to get on a cycle. But finding HGH is proving to be a mission and a half here, so lets see how things go.

    Welcome your diet needs too be looked at its not good at all your ass must be killing you! No fiber is no joke! Head over too the nutrition section and we will help ya out

    Thanks everyone, I know my diet sucks but due to my age it's bloody hard losing weight, so I went on an all out assault on the fat. My fat is at 20% down from 26%. Tried Clen (the horse gel, lol) but couldn't handle the side affects even on the lowest dose. Need the hgh to burn more fat and put on some muscle cells before I hit a cycle. I heard if your body fat is above 15% then cycle can do more damage than good? Is that true?
    I'll post a pic soon, but problem areas are stomach and bum for me.

    Any help is greatly appreciated guys, but grilled chicken breast once a day + 2 egg whites and 3 thermo protein shakes is all I'm on every day, 7 days a week. Plus 3 x lipo 6 capsules in the mornings is all I'm on. Occasionally have some blueberries for desert. I also daily take a vitamin d and a 1000mg krill cap before bed time.

    I've actually got dioreha all the time due to the thermo shakes.
