Hi all,
I'm new to this forum. In fact, this is my first bodybuilding/body transformation forum. So if you can remember months and years ago or perhaps many pounds ago when you were a newbie, what did you wish you knew back then? Any advice is welcome especially if someone has tips about nutrition. I know it is uber important but I'm a full time single dad and getting my MBA so I don't have tons of time. On top of that I can't cook so meals need to be quick and easy. Again, I'm looking for all the advice you wish you had and any other advice you wish to share. Thanks all.
