5ft9" weight 198 meduim built and 54years old.
besides a low back problem, pretty good shape for my age.
lifting for alittle over two years now and have put on some muscule but struggle with the weight.
started at 268 pds now at 198 but was down at 190 but keep going back up and down.
weist started 40" now at 34" to 35" again depending on how i eat.
I decide a few months ago to get serious about my weight lifting, I want to increase in muscule and keep the weight off.
My problems have been lost of energy cnat stay on track with foods and of course my lower back, that has cause some delays.
About a year ago ssaw my Doctor he give me Testosterone cyp 250mg/ml 10ml which have no clue what the blank that means.
but have be injecting for a year now. At fisrt i felt that enrgey but after a while but to normal NO energy...
I take 1.25 ml every week i use a 21ga and go to 1.5cc now is the right???? not doing nothing.
Heres the worst part, this guy said to try Sutanon350 injucted 1cc and got a pain that kept me off my feet for 4days what happen???
I hit the same spot as with the 250ml and never felt that. So anyway a week went bad i we thaought my may hit a nerve o try the other side
and guess what I'm down again. So no more shoots untill i get schooled. I want to do things right way and learn so im in high hope it will happen here.
