Came here to ask what to do about my low tesosterone (18 male)

I got my blood checked by my primary care doctor and my total T levels came as 132 ng/dl, he said that he doesn't know anything about hormones and I should see an endo. I asked him to check for my cortisol, estrogen and free test levels as well to see if it could be something else causing my low T. (I have some Vitamin d insufficiency, idk how much that lowered my T). But I do workout, I am no fanatic but I hit the gym at least twice a week. ( I did fap an hour and a half before I got my blood checked). Anyways should I order some more tests before I see my endo, what tests are the best? How bad is 132 for someone by age exactly? What can I do, what therapies or hormones should I request when I see my endo, for someone who is 18. This is a repost, but I have more questions now since I am going to my primary care doctor to get more blood tests done.

you are better off posting in the HRT Forum those dudes know they're shit. Yea thats low for a young blood like yourself, your Endo will know what questions to ask but you need to be firm with them letting them know what you want checked and don't settle for pills. They will do blood work, tell you not to take any supps for 6 weeks, if still low prob put you on andro gel, but I wouldn't recommend it. I'm no doc, but I went for the Test cyp.

Ask endo for a pituitary scan and check yours balls for any varociles (spelling) or any injuries to them.

Post in this forum if you haven't already, then again at 18 you probably shouldn't think about any HRT untill you find out whats going on from a specialist.

yo bro i was in ur same exact position..cant PM u b.c im a new member but when i was 18 my total T was 225ng/dl. More than likely ur gonna have some problems getting help from an endo(mine told me 225 was fine) i was put on test E for a few months which did raise my levels but then my doc took me off. I recomend trying to just get on clomid as ur to young to get injections im prescribed right now and its turned my life around.
