- - Just got my supplements for the Mass stack. Can someone please take some time out of there schedule to outline what part of day you take the different supplements. I already have the dedication to this, I eat every 2-3 hours, well balanced meals. Work-out hard and love it, just wanting to add a kick to my work-outs! Just not familiar with these particular supplements. I am not going to start until I know the right time to take the certain ones. Thank-you for reading this.
