Still some confusion

I just registered with the web site. I've had an inherited autoimmune desiease active for 7 years that has shut my life down. I'm in pain, I am weak and I have no endurance. Prior I was a long distance runner and have lifted and ran since I was 18. I'm looking to this web site to see if I could purchase anything that would help. I have been told in very certain terms that HGH will cure my problem by several sources (Dr.) but it is extremely expensive. I have no life and an eight year old son who wants his dad back. Question is: can I legally buy HGH here, is it the real deal?

I live in southeast Texas and it has not caught on here. Family Doctors are very skeptical.
