    New to site

I'm returning to lifting after over a year off from an accident (outside of gym). I herniated several discs and still have to deal with trigger-point injections. My goal, at 5'9" & 190 (10% bf now) is to get to 230+ and under 8% hr. Ultimately, I want to compete in at least one NPC contest and win my weight class. I can always learn more about nutrition, alternating my movements - especially with the need to take my back into account without compromising. Planning to start cycle shortly with test c & hopefully, HGH. Advice, input, info, and encouragement appreciated. These goals are really important to me.

Welcome to AR, and good luck. Sorry to hear about your injury. You came to the right place to seek out some guidance and advice. There are many good threads in the nutrition section that you can read up on to gain some more education. Also if you are looking for some diet/nutrition advice specific to what you are eating, maybe you can post up your diet starting with everything you ate yeasterday and today in the nutrition section and let the experts tweek it for you. Hope this helps you, good luck bro
